My name is Matt Curtis, and I am a rising Junior at MIT majoring in AI and Finance. Growing up in a small town in Missouri meant that the world of Finance was a foreign idea when I was younger. My parents had enough common sense to know how they wanted to invest but didn’t have the time or experience after working full time and raising three kids to overcome the high barrier of entry to custom portfolio construction. This inspired me to found TuxedoAI, an app built for those who want to turn their common sense into profitable investments. It has been a pleasure to talk to many people who share similar problems as my parents do, which has driven me to continue to develop TuxedoAI with the idea of turning the average person into a professional investor.
